After two long years of hard work, intensive revision, gruelling coursework and an endless intake of knowledge, not to mention the amazing dinners, meeting such influential people, all the wine and Champagne tasting, and our fantastic graduation trip to France.
I am very grateful to have been part of the very first Shire Hotels Food and Drink Academy.
Not only have I gained qualifications but I have also learnt an enormous amount about the hospitality industry, and met some thoroughly inspirational people.
