A family run business established in 1945. Great reputation for sourcing and supplying the finest cuts of local meat.

Sometimes we need to go a bit further afield, but we do always try to find suppliers close to one of the hotels - it helps to build the relationship and we love to be able to support businesses on our doorstep.
